ISAs:

ISA were introduced by the Government some years ago and give you an ideal opportunity to save in a virtually tax-free environment. You are currently allowed to save up to £7,200 into an ISA and this can either be invested entirely in a stocks and shares ISA or can be split between cash and stocks and shares components. The maximum that can be invested in a cash ISA is £3,600.

Whether you are looking to save on a regular basis or invest in lump sums, it is always advisable to utilise your ISA allowance first and we are able to advise you on a range of funds which can be incorporated within an ISA.

(The tax treatment of ISA’s is such that any dividend income received within an ISA investment will be subject to a 10% tax credit which cannot be reclaimed by the ISA manager).
